1) Quotes & Scope

• Quotes/estimates are based on information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Scope is limited to the services listed on the quote/work order (e.g., dumpster pad cleaning, building soft wash, sidewalks, drive-thru, etc.). Add-ons require written approval and may change price/schedule.
• Customer must ensure the area is accessible, cleared of vehicles/obstacles, and dumpsters are emptied on service day.

2) Site Access & Utilities

• Customer grants safe access to water and, if needed, electricity during service hours.
• If access/utilities are unavailable and we cannot proceed, a trip fee may apply.

3) Environmental & Compliance

• We follow industry best practices for wastewater control/recovery where required by local regulations.
• Hazardous waste removal is not included. Excessive oil/grease, biohazards, or chemical spills may require specialized remediation and additional charges or refusal of service.

4) Surfaces, Stains & Results

• Pressure and soft-wash processes can reveal pre-existing damage, oxidation, efflorescence, failing coatings, or uneven wear. We are not responsible for such pre-existing conditions.
• Deep oil, rust, tannin, and certain organic stains may lighten but are not always fully removable.
• We use professional detergents (e.g., sodium hypochlorite for soft-wash) and take plant/property protection precautions; Customer agrees to notify us of sensitive areas in advance.

5) Scheduling, Weather & Delays

• Appointments are subject to weather and site conditions. We may reschedule to ensure safety and quality.
• If Customer cancels/reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment (non-emergency), a cancellation fee may apply.

6) Payment Terms

• Residential/one-time: payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Commercial/recurring: Net 7–30 days per contract. Late balances may incur 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) with a $15 minimum late charge.
• Deposits may be required for large jobs. Returned payments are subject to bank fees.
• We reserve the right to suspend service for past-due accounts.

7) Multi-Property & Contracts

• Discounted rates may apply for 3+ locations under a single agreement.
• Route coordination and consolidated billing can be provided upon request.

8) Warranties & Satisfaction

• Workmanship is guaranteed to meet the agreed scope at the time of service. Please report concerns within 48 hours so we can evaluate/correct as appropriate.
• No guarantee is made that every stain can be fully removed.

9) Liability

• G-Force maintains appropriate insurance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
• Customer agrees to secure pets, sensitive equipment, alarms, and valuables during service.

10) Photos & Marketing

• Before/after photos may be taken for quality control and documentation.
• With your consent, we may use media for marketing. To opt out, email bruce@gforcepressurewashing.com before service begins.

11) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, power outages, accidents, supply issues).

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for disputes is Broward County, Florida.
